This website and the goods offered on it are operated by OYX Woodworks, Ieviņu iela 13, Inčukalns, LV-2141, Latvia. Contact us at rigawoodworx@outlook.com. These terms apply to purchases made through our online store.

Products and orders

We describe the main characteristics, materials, dimensions and available options on each product page. Natural wood grain and colour may vary from photographs. Please check dimensions and selections before ordering. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we accept the order and send an order confirmation. We may contact you if an item is unavailable or an obvious pricing error occurred. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will refund any payment taken.

Prices and payment

The price, currency, applicable taxes and available shipping charge are shown at checkout before you place your order. Payment is taken through the payment methods offered at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient; we will show any such information required by law before purchase.

Delivery

We deliver to destinations made available at checkout. Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown during purchase or in the order confirmation. Please tell us promptly if the delivery address is wrong. Risk of loss passes to consumers when they or a person they nominate takes physical possession of the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Returns and consumer rights

Our Returns and refunds policy explains cancellation, returns and remedies. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods.

Use of this website

You may use the site for lawful personal shopping. Product images, text and branding belong to OYX Woodworks or their respective owners; please do not reuse them commercially without permission. We may correct errors and update the site, but changes to these terms do not retroactively alter an accepted order.

Liability and governing law

We are responsible for losses caused by our breach of contract or negligence to the extent required by law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Latvian law applies, but this does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections in the country of their habitual residence.
